I just read the perfect article for my Big Brain Struggle this week. Not all readers of the blog post agreed with the words that I found to be so "in the moment wise" but, as I have said more than once, we are all on our own path. So, if you are struggling with artistic integrity vs. making a living,
smallerbox is on target for you too. This post started the discussion,

http://smallerbox.net/blog/market-research/finding-the-niche-thats-just-right/ So what do you think? Business, Pleasure or Both?
Happy Day and As Always...

Hope you are having a good time with your new blog! Mine has been a wonderful creative outlet.
ReplyDeleteI read the smaller box articles too. They are great thought provokers. Personally, I am hoping to find a balance between the two, but I'm realistic about the fact that sitting in the middle might not be the road to success.
I think that you can both create and make a living. You always need to do what you love - you will give it your all and (hopefully) be compensated for your efforts.
ReplyDeleteI agree with both of you. If you do not have passion for what you do it shows. Fence sitting can be so confusing and bland. I like to try new things and at the same time am searching for my niche. Right now, it is an adventure!
